See attachments….. this place is good at sending out automatic text messages to remind clients to come in for appointments, however, they don’t bother to include their own people, so they don’t show up! August 18 is noted in the text photo, appointment 8 AM. So at 8 AM I get there. Door is locked. No one is there. 810. The receptionist wanders in and says oh your hygienist called in sick. I’ll have to reschedule you. September 1, the rescheduled date, set for 830 as noted in the picture. I get there at 8:30, again the door is locked, lights are off, parking lot is empty, no one shows up for the next 15 minutes. And, no one ever bothers calling me to apologize. I’m not giving them a third strike, in their case two strikes and they are out. I do not recommend, never met the new dentist so they were no shows for my 2 appointments, but I did like Dr. Martins. Apparently they don’t give a crap what goes on there anymore, though. Oh, and of course they don’t respond to the text messages if you do reply back to them.

Very pleased with this office. Brianna was friendly, professional, gentle and informative! Great hygienist. This office is rather old fashioned- I loved it! They didn’t do the typical work up trying to sell thousands of dollars worth of work!! I finally found an office interested in my dental health without pushing for me to spend thousands on work not yet necessary.

No one likes going to the dentist however Dr Wood and his staff made the experience easy. Dr Wood was very thorough and explained my treatment options clearly. I was very impressed with his chair side manner and his obvious concern for patient comfort.

Great dentist. You can tell Dr. Martin and his staff are committed to their work. And they are friendly, competent and professional. I always feel that they take the extra steps for my teeth and mouth.

Doctor Martin is a perfectionist and has a wonderful bedside manner and I appreciate him and his entire staff for helping me to get the perfect smile I have been missing. The staff and doctor Martin go above and beyond to make sure that you receive the best care possible. I highly recommend Doctor Martin if you want true perfectionism.
